L’EIG CONCERT-Japan est une initiative internationale menée conjointement entre l’Europe et le Japon afin de renforcer la coopération scientifique, technologique et d’innovation. Anciennement projet ERA-NET financé sous le Programme FP7 de la Commission européenne de 2011 à 2014, l’EIG CONCERT-Japan maintient ses activités de façon indépendante depuis 2015. La coordination de l’EIG CONCERT-Japan est assurée par la JST et le CNRS en accueille le secrétariat. Le CNRS finance la participation française aux projets de recherche.
